My preferred method is exclusively via PayPal. To ensure a seamless transaction, please remit the payment in US Dollars (USD), as this is the currency in which I conduct my business. If you are initiating the transfer from an account with a different base currency, I kindly request that you perform the necessary conversion to USD prior to sending it. This stipulation exists as I am subject to a fee when receiving funds in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Additionally, to avoid any unnecessary service fees, please process the transaction under the 'Friends and Family' option within PayPal's platform. In the event that you need to request a refund, I would appreciate it if you could notify me before I begin your commission. This allows for a more efficient and timely resolution.

Once the initial sketch for your commission has been completed, it is in my policy that refunds will not be issued. It is essential to communicate detailed instructions and preferences at the outset to ensure that the final product aligns with your expectations. While I am open to making minor adjustments during the sketching phase, please note that replicating the poses of another artist's work is not an option. I also ask to submit a color guide along with any relevant reference material to help me set the right mood. No further changes will be implemented after the coloring and shading, so your input during the sketch stage is crucial to the outcome of the commission.
